WITHIN TEMPTATION - AN ACOUSTIC NIGHT AT THE THEATRE

An Acoustic Night at the Theatre is the second live album by Dutch symphonic metal band Within Temptation, after their previous Black Symphony release. This acoustic album features some of their best-known songs, like “Stand My Ground”, “Frozen”, and “What Have You Done”. Compared to many other acoustic metal albums from this area, An Acoustic Night at the Theatre is a gorgeous and emotional album, where everything is in its right place. The fine acoustic music is created with the support of The Metropole Orchestra. Sharon Den Adel's beautiful voice takes center stage and Anneke van Giersbergen, Keith Caputo, and Chris Jones make their appearance on the record

An Acoustic Night at the Theatre is available as a limited edition of 5000 individually numbered copies on red & black marbled vinyl.

FOCUS - AT THE RAINBOW

In 1973 Focus were at their peak! They simultaneously had two Top 10 albums (Focus 3 and Moving Waves) and two hit singles ("Sylvia" and "Hocus Pocus"). All of the musicians were voted as Top 10 musicians in each of their categories. Jan Akkerman was voted world's best guitarist. With a live reputation that proved Focus lived up to these 'Best Musicians' claims, the right thing to do was to release a live album: Focus at The Rainbow. (FACT: on the night of the recording, due to the demand for encores, Focus ran out of pieces to play!). It featured some of the band's best and most well-known tracks: "Sylvia," "Hocus Pocus," "Focus II," and so on. If you want a rare testimony of Focus calmed style on stage, this is the record you have to buy.

At The Rainbow is available as a limited edition of 500 individually numbered copies on yellow coloured vinyl. The package includes an insert.

RY COODER - CHICKEN SKIN MUSIC

Chicken Skin Music is the fifth studio album by the American musician Ry Cooder. This album is a fusion of all kinds of music, from bolero rhythms, slack key guitars to gospel tunes. The early landmark in his way to popularise roots music from both North and Central America is the equivalent of the Buena Vista Social Club, which was released 20 years later. Besides his standard backing band (Jim Keltner, Milt Holland, Chris Ethridge, and George Bohannon) he collaborated with two eminent Hawaiian musicians, Gabby Pahinui (steel guitar) and Atta Isaacs (slack-key guitar), and Norteño musician Flaco Jimenez. He's also looking way into the past by covering Leadbelly's “Goodnight Irene” and “Bourgeois Blues”. World music at its best in the early days, by combining all his influences and working together with different musicians.

Legendary American musician Ry Cooder played together with the worlds greatest artists, such as John Lee Hooker, The Rolling Stones, Van Morrison, Neil Young, and Eric Clapton. Cooder is known for his slide guitar work, and was ranked eighth on Rolling Stone magazine's 2003 list of "The 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time".

Chicken Skin Music is available limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on yellow coloured vinyl. The package includes an insert.

BUILT TO SPILL - ANCIENT MELODIES OF THE FUTURE

Ancient Melodies of the Future is the fifth full-length album released by indie rock band Built to Spill. The album was recorded at Bear Creek in Woodinville, Washington. With Ancient Melodies of the Future, Built to Spill expanded on the big sound that they crafted with Keep It Like a Secret.

"In Your Mind" is a beautiful track with its Far Eastern guitar lines and thumping beat. "Alarmed" spirals into a satisfying guitar and keyboard noise jam, while "Happiness" is like a speeding car - it has the intensity, rush, and twanging swagger of an automobile race. The album closes with "The Weather," a shimmering love song that begins with a resonant acoustic guitar. The narrator describes being "outside in the cool night, and the stars gravitate towards you."

These few lyrics are a fitting description of Built to Spill, a band that goes on and on, always changing, always moving forward, but somehow always staying the same - familiar and comforting - as they carry the ancient melodies of personal histories, theirs and yours, into the future.

Ancient Melodies of the Future is available as a limited edition of 750 individually numbered copies on gold coloured vinyl. The package includes a fold-out poster

QUATERMASS - QUATERMASS

The British progressive rock band Quatermass existed from 1969 until 1971, and during those days they released one album, the self-titled Quatermass. The trio, which formed as a power trio with Hammond organ as the main instrument, consisted of bass player and vocalist John Gustafson, keyboardist J. Peter Robinson and Mick Underwood on drums. The keyboard-driven album gained cult status during the years and received a lot of credits from both critics as prog rock fans. This overlooked masterpiece rocks every moment, sometimes in a funky way and other times in the strength of their heavy sound. The most rock-ish song here is "Black Sheep Of The Family", later covered by Rainbow on their first album. Progressive parts of the album feature surprising time shifts and unique sounds, which gives both lovers of rock as metal the thrills.

Quatermass is available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on silver coloured vinyl.

VARIOUS ARTISTS - KEEPING THE FAITH 2 21 MODERN SOUL CLASSICS

This second volume of Keeping The Faith continues where volume one left off. As we have discovered, the Northern Soul scene was originally fuelled by the sound of 1960's American Soul. The tracks on Keeping The Faith 2 concentrate on the period from the late sixties to the late seventies when the shift between traditional and modern soul was taking place. These tracks were released later than that classic mid1960s era from which the blueprint for the Northern Soul sound was first taken, but they emerged before disco introduced too much technology into the mix and the music removed itself completely from the influences of Motown, Stax and Atlantic soul. If you had to track down all the records on this compilation it would cost you hours and hours of endless crate digging, and serious amounts of cash to collect the tunes that we bring you here. Keep The Faith!

Keeping The Faith 2 / 21 Modern Soul Classics is available as a limited edition of 750 individually numbered copies on solid turquoise vinyl. The package includes an insert.
