RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you purchase something in error then we will either exchange or refund the item provided that the item is returned unopened and unused. Return postage is at the buyers expense

In the unlikely event that the item is defective then please contact us to request a returns authorisation. We will inspect the item and either replace or refund and cover the return postage cost.

Please note that we will not accept any returns without prior authorisation, so please contact us before sending items back to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
