TERMS & CONDITIONS
for Rival Records Limited
The following terms and conditions relate to RIVAL RECORDS as a trading company.
We commit to deliver the best possible service and get your order out to you quickly. We do carry a large range of the stock listed on our website, however, please note that this website is not an “in stock” list.
You'll be charged for everything in your order at the time of purchase. We will endeavour to obtain the item purchased from our many suppliers and in the unlikely event of items being out of stock then the purchaser will receive a full refund for the price paid.
You will only be able to order goods that are 'available'- this means they are either currently in stock, are due to be released or, to the best of our knowledge, are available from the supplier. All goods are subject to availability and release dates are subject to change.
We attempt to dispatch pre-ordered items for UK delivery on the day of release. This is possible in the vast majority of cases, however it's dependent upon suppliers getting stock to us in good time.
If you have a query about an order you've placed, please email email@example.com and quote your 6-digit order number. Please include an email subject - blank email subject headers risk being rejected as spam.
Because stock availability changes all the time, we reserve the right to cancel your order up to the point of delivery.
Rival Records endeavours to keep the site up to date and once a limited item is no longer available we remove it from sale.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although we can normally deliver well within this time providing an item is in stock.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund or exchange goods returned to us within 14 working days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the customer must pay the postage costs.

Unless faulty or unused, we will not exchange or refund any opened item which contains a digital download code, including but not limited to Ultraviolet and MP3 codes.
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and let us know what has happened. We will then let you know what to do to resolve the issue.
For all returns, please package the item securely and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your return postage.
Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
All orders over £45 are insured, so in the case of an order not arriving we can issue a replacement. In the case of UK orders, 14 calendar days must elapse after the dispatch date before we can start to trace your package. In the case of non-UK orders, one month must pass.
After this time, please contact us to report the missing order. Please note:
Before a replacement package can be sent, we will require you to contact your local postal delivery office to check that the item is not awaiting collection. (In the UK, details of your local delivery office can be obtained from Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740740).
If we suspect that a customer's package has been stolen in the post, we reserve the right to refuse to supply further orders.
